With over two decades of experience, Dana Kreuzberger has established herself as a powerhouse in the real estate industry. Her journey began after founding and owning a successful Bay Area executive staffing firm specializing in Accounting and Finance. In 2003, Dana transitioned to real estate, bringing her extensive business acumen and passion for excellence to Frank Howard Allen Realtors. She quickly became a top sales professional in the North Bay-SF Area market.

In 2011, Dana embraced a leadership role as the Managing Broker for the Frank Howard Allen Novato branch. When Coldwell Banker acquired Frank Howard Allen in 2013, Dana seamlessly consolidated the two offices, transforming them into one of the region's top-performing branches. Under her visionary leadership, the Novato office has earned the prestigious CBR President’s Council Award multiple times, placing it among the elite Coldwell Banker offices nationwide.

Dana's commitment to growth and excellence continued as she expanded her management portfolio. In 2021, she added the Smith Ranch Community-CBR satellite office, and in 2023, she took the helm of the Coldwell Banker Realty Petaluma branch. Today, Dana oversees a dynamic team of over 150 sales associates and staff, fostering a culture of mutual respect, support, and high productivity.

In her off time, Dana enjoys playing pickleball, hiking and walks with her mini dachshund Scout and Pilates classes. Dana has a passion for travel and loves exploring new international destinations. Her 2025 itinerary include trips to Machu Pichu and Portugal. Dana has two grown daughters living in Denver and Chicago who she enjoys visiting.

Agent Onboarding Specialist: The Onboarding Specialist is primarily responsible for facilitating a seamless administrative onboarding process for all new agent affiliations to the Coldwell Banker offices. This position will work closely with a variety of departments to ensure that all tools and systems for our new agents are created and assigned correctly. This position will also play a key support to the Branch Leader for a variety of administrative tasks that bolster agent recruiting and onboarding efforts. This role will work mostly remote but may be called into an office for face-to-face support when needed.

Client Experience Specialist: The Client Experience Specialist is a service minded professional who manages all non-licensed aspects of the transaction, from contract to close, to create a seamless experience for the agent, consumer and all deal parties. You are part of a collaborative team that is enhancing the way that Coldwell Banker is doing business by eliminating the friction and simplifying the transaction process.

Regional Support Specialist: The Regional Support Specialist provides critical administrative, operational and customer service support to our Coldwell Banker Real Estate branch offices, leaders and agents. The RSS team will work together, spending time each week across a group of offices, providing support in a variety of ways including, but not limited to, processing agent transactions, acting as a liaison with our different departments and business partners, general office administration and customer service. This position plays a significant role in driving the success of our key principle of helping our agents live exceptional lives.

Marketing Team:

Luxury Marketing Manager: The Luxury Marketing Manager supports the top echelon of luxury property specialists and listings throughout the region, striving to bring focus, creativity and cohesion to their marketing efforts.

Field Marketing Manager: The Field Marketing Manager oversees marketing support for local offices and agents, ensuring brand representation aligns with Core 4 objectives. This role involves strategic market planning and supervising the region's Field Marketing Specialists. 

Field Marketing Specialist: Dedicated to a core group offices, this individual will be responsible for creating and executing effective marketing strategies that help your brand and properties stand out in the local market.
